  • We photograph and film corporate events, conferences, panels, galas, brand activations, speaking engagements, nonprofit events, and internal company gatherings. If it’s live and people are involved—we’ve got it covered.

  • All packages include:

    • A pre-event planning call to align on goals, schedule, and deliverables

    • Certificate of Insurance (COI) available upon request

    • Clear delivery timelines

    • Professional editing and consistent brand-ready results

    • Overtime billed hourly if coverage extends beyond the contracted time

    • Hourly Event Coverage is best for short programs, receptions, or simple documentation needs.

    • Half-Day Coverage is ideal for larger events with multiple moments, speakers, or spaces.

    • Photo + Video Coverage is best when you want full documentation plus marketing-ready recap content.

    If you’re unsure, we’re happy to recommend the best fit based on your event goals.

    • Hourly Event Coverage includes one professional creative

    • Half-Day Coverage includes two professional creatives

    • Photo + Video Coverage includes a four-person team for seamless documentation

  • Hourly coverage must be scheduled as one uninterrupted block of time. We do not split hours across multiple non-consecutive segments.

  • All packages include professional color correction and clean, polished edits.


    Hourly coverage does not include heavy retouching, advanced motion graphics, or multi-angle video edits.

    • Photo galleries: 7–10 business days

    • Highlight recap videos: 10–14 business days

    Rush delivery and same-day options are available as add-ons.

  • Audio capture is dependent on venue setup and access to sound feeds. We’ll review audio logistics during your planning call to ensure the best possible quality.

  • All packages include usage for:

    • Websites

    • Internal communications

    • Organic social media

    Extended usage for paid advertising, national campaigns, or large-scale distribution is available with a custom quote.

  • Yes! Popular add-ons include:
